We have History

Ganasen Press was borne in Queen Street, Durban, by Mr Reddy of Bellair in 1915 and later moved to 19A Short Street, Durban. He later passed the business to his sons, Manikkam, Ganas and Vinayagam. In 1954, Ganas and Vinayagam retired from the business. Thereafter Mr M.R. Moodley and Mr A. Nadasen, joined Mr Manikkam as partners in the business.

In 1957, the partnership was dissolved thus leaving Mr M.R. Moodley as the sole owner of Ganasen Press. Mr M.R. Moodley continued the business with his sons. On 28 February 1987 Mr M.R. Moodley retired from business, leaving his two sons to continue the business. In December 2000, Ganasen Press relocated to their own premises at 146 Umbilo Road, Durban. On 28 February 2007, Mr C.R. Moodaliyar retired from the business and Mr T.R. Moodaliyar became the sole proprietor of the business.
